for ladies & gentlemen in our New Bond Street workshops in the heart of Mayfair using the highest quality UK material.

Store your hat in a box, never on its side. Always ensure it is completely dry before storing. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Remove lint and dust with a lint roller or a soft bristle brush. Never use water or stain repellents. Polish the patent leather peak and chin strap with a soft pad and petroleum spirit.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination country.

Delivery typically takes 2 - 4 working days within the UK and 3 - 5 working days internationally, subject to customs clearance. For orders outside the UK, prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and local taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. We are not liable for any import taxes or duties.
