Care

The delicate brim should be handled with care. Always remove the hat by gently pinching the front. To maintain its shape and longevity, air it out after each wear and store it in a cool, dry place.

Over time, the natural straw may gradually mature into a golden hue, a natural process that adds character to the hat.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

We ship worldwide.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination country.

Delivery lead times typically take 2 - 4 working days within the UK and 3 - 5 working days internationally, subject to customs clearance. For orders outside the UK, prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and local taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. We are not liable for any import taxes or duties.

Did you know

Toquilla straw, the traditional material used in the weaving of Panama hats, derives from a plant native of Ecuador. Harvesting begins with carefully stripping away the green outer layer to reveal the fibrous core. Only the most tender, pliable stems are selected, ensuring the straw remains soft yet maintains exceptional durability.
